Just some drawings from when I was in Paris. In my watercolour sketchbook that I was very excited about, but I forgot my watercolours, so pen it was.
Beautiful day out. Come on summer holidays.

Spent a long weekend in Paris last week. I was working, so I wasn’t a free agent, but I got to see some wonderful things, eat amazing French salads and pastries and see some art all the same. Can’t complain really.
Moving to Birmingham in three weeks. We have a house to move into finally! Totally empty and furniture-less currently…
Life this week has been a mix of trying to find a house, getting my head round UKCAT stuff and trying to maintain The Thursday Project (to which you are yet to formally introduced I believe!), which is going incredibly well and consuming all of my time…
Going away for five weeks this summer, and only taking my 35mm camera. Oh how proud I feel for making this decision.
The Cloth House, on Berwick Street in London, is possibly the most wonderful shop ever. I bought these fabrics. Going to sew some shift dresses and other things.
I had today off work, and I have tomorrow off too. Yes yes yes.
Going to Paris on Friday.
+ ‘Shallows’ by Daughter. So so so beautiful.
My plans for the summer are alllllll coming together, and oh I am just so excited! I’m going on a big road trip, which currently involves Cornwall, France, Italy and Switzerland. Then I’m coming back to my new humble abode in the UK, which is hopefully going to be in Birmingham with Annie. Yippee.
It’s been so sunny and lovely these last two days. I cycled to work in flip flops, and even ate ice cream today. Off the hook.
